Try Footnote for 60 days. If your feet don't feel the difference, send them back for a full refund — no questions asked and no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email us at supportfootnote@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you simple return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Condition

For hygiene reasons, returned items should be in clean, resaleable condition in their original packaging. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
